Job Description

CUSTOMER

• Leverage domain, product, and systems knowledge to understand the business, product, and vision; provide expertise on business-technology interaction and focus on business value.
• Identify, document, and validate current technology capabilities; support stakeholders in designing future state solutions considering customer experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine solutions, assess impacts, and manage integration.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, considering non-functional needs.
• Manage traceability of system requirements through design, development, testing, and deployment, ensuring acceptance criteria meet stakeholder expectations.
• Support testing teams in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for various testing phases.
• Provide oversight and guidance to ensure quality, reusability, scalability, and innovation in technology delivery.
• Promote innovation by applying expertise to generate ideas and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide operational and process analysis support as needed.

SHAREHOLDER

• Adhere to processes, standards, and architecture guidelines; escalate issues as needed.
• Enhance knowledge of technology trends, TD services, applications, and infrastructure.
• Maintain understanding of business domains and products/services.
• Support change management, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
• Contribute to developing business cases, including benefits, RFI/RFP, and SLAs with vendors.
• Adhere to the TD code of conduct.

EMPLOYEE / TEAM

• Participate actively, support a positive environment, and communicate effectively.
• Provide thought leadership and share knowledge within the team.

Breadth & Depth

• Expertise in system analysis processes, applications, and delivery practices.
• Understanding of business analysis, problem resolution, and requirements management.
• Leadership in guiding teams and stakeholders to meet business needs.
• Experience as a senior or lead analyst, with coaching responsibilities.

Experience And / Or Education

• Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate.
• 5-7 years relevant experience.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of system diagrams, use cases, API specifications, and tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Visio.
• Banking domain experience preferred.
