*This is a remote role, but this person must reside in BC. This is a 6+ month contract.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our growth by recruiting top-tier sales talent in the US.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring high-caliber B2B SaaS sales professionals to drive Everbridge’s revenue growth. You will partner closely with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver exceptional candidates in a competitive market. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role for a recruitment expert with deep experience in B2B SaaS sales hiring.

What you'll do:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles.
  • Collaborate with sales hiring managers to define job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles.
  • Leverage multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.) to source and engage top B2B SaaS sales talent.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a streamlined interview process.
  • Provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal and state employment laws and Everbridge’s internal policies.
What you'll bring:
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years focused on recruiting B2B SaaS sales professionals.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume sales roles in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS industry, sales roles, and the skills required for success in enterprise software sales.
  • Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other advanced recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Lever.
