Who We’re Looking For:

A recruiter who preferably has a database of lawyers, a part matchmaker, part strategist, and all heart. Someone who understands both the human and high-performance side of hiring. You’re excited about building something from the ground up and connecting with legal professionals who are tired of traditional and ready for transformation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source, screen, and place top-tier lawyers
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: from outreach to offer
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute our hiring strategy
  • Build and nurture a talent pipeline of values-aligned candidates
  • Be the voice of V-Law when engaging with potential hires

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience recruiting (ideally in legal, tech, or startups)
  • Great intuition for people and culture fit
  • You're self-driven, curious, and love building things from scratch
  • Strong communicator with a flair for storytelling and brand representation
  • You genuinely care about helping people find aligned, fulfilling work

Compensation:

  • Base salary (depending on experience)
  • Commission / performance-based bonuses for successful placements
