Job summary

EllisDon Construction Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction management from pre-construction through completion, coordinating design, budget and schedule with the superintendent.

The role requires a minimum of 12+ years in ICI construction and at least 7 years in a PM role; experience with piling or concrete is an asset. Excellent client relations and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion including design, coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent.
• Prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for Owners, and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings.
• Meet with Owners and Architects in a professional manner and have the ability to communicate effectively both the concerns and best interests of the company.
• Monitor, interpret and forecast a project’s cost reports ensuring they are in line with the estimate and maintain a positive cash flow.
• Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the team’s ongoing development and progression.
• Submit project reports to Area Manager and communicate with management about project progress and areas of risk that need to be escalated

You as a Senior Project Manager will:

Is this the right role for you?

• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in ICI constructions; minimum of 7 years in a Project Manager position
• Experience with structural piling or concrete work is an asset
• You have the ability to confidently mentor and delegate to a large team while developing and maintaining strong client relations
