Job title : Project Manager Sr. (ERP Transformation Project)

Duration : 2 Years

Extension : Yes, 1 Year

Location : The primary work location is remote / online with a requirement to work from the office if required. (50 Corriveau Avenue, St. Albert, AB)

Start Date : 04-Jul-2022

End Date : 04-Jul-2024

Estimated Working Hrs. per Day : 7.25 Hrs.

Mandatory Skills :

• Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager on a large complex custom software application development project (where the software is developed in-house for that specific organization) in an environment of similar size and complexity to the AGLC.
• Experience in a project management role.
• Experience defining / managing project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Experience developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs, and project closures.
• Demonstrated experience managing custom application development projects with large teams.
• Available to lead frequent (daily) face-to-face meetings with clients and technical teams.

Description of Skills :

• 5 years of experience creating and managing project GANTT charts in Microsoft Project.
• 5 years of experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
• 3 years of experience leading change management and communication planning.
• 5 years of experience developing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships across the organization, including executive level.
• 3 years of experience using MS Project tools in a project server environment.
• 3 years of experience working with staff, contractors, and vendor teams.
• 1 year of working knowledge of Agile software development methodology and scrum process.
• 3 years of ability to work closely with Process Owners and other key stakeholders to communicate progress.
• 5 years of deep understanding of project implementation methodology.
• 5 years of experience managing resources throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
