We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Calgary office who is enthusiastic about delivering large and complex IT infrastructure projects for multiple clients. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, has an analytical mind, technical experience, creative problem-solving skills, and a curiosity about technology solutions across various industries.

A Day in the Life:

• Support clients with project planning and management expertise
• Lead a team of technical experts and clients to achieve project objectives within scope, time, and budget
• Manage multiple client-facing projects across various technologies, overseeing all project phases to ensure effective management of cost, schedule, risk, quality, and personnel
• Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with management, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Guide projects from conception to implementation, measuring success through data-driven analysis

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects, upgrades, or implementations
• Experience in digital transformation or IT infrastructure projects
• Exceptional communication skills
• Knowledge of change and problem management, with the ability to anticipate risks
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and project teams
• Proven leadership in complex IT projects
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies

Salary Range: $92,520 - $115,655 per year, plus 10% variable earnings
