About Our Client: Our client is a leading professional services and investment management company with global operations. They provide expert real estate and investment advice to clients.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead the daily operations and maintenance of a premier Class A commercial property in the heart of downtown. This role is responsible for overseeing a high-performing team of 14 professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of a 1.4 million square foot building that includes complex infrastructure and critical systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the daily operations and routine maintenance of physical building systems, ensuring top-tier service and performance in a Class A commercial environment.
• Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and training to building operations staff to support their ongoing development and performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenant and client relations, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
• Oversee the tendering and management process for large-scale contracts, including the preparation and evaluation of RFQs/RFPs and client business cases.
• Implement and manage ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives aligned with company and client sustainability goals.
• Manage and lead within a Critical Systems Environment, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to support operational goals and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in building operations, with proven expertise in managing complex commercial properties.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience managing teams within property or facilities management.
• Strong technical background; must have experience with hands on engineering support
• BES I and II certification REQUIRED
• Extensive experience in working with high-profile Class A assets such as commercial sky towers, flagship shopping centers, or premium urban developments.
• Proven success in developing and managing large-scale operations and maintenance teams.
• Experience in ESG project implementation and contract tendering.
• Background in Critical Systems Environments.
