The Sr. Operations Coordinator is responsible for the operational support of a client, including responsibility for reporting, data collection, survey setup, and other adhoc requests. The Sr. Operations Coordinator will lead standardized report design, automation and data administration. They will leverage business and market relevant information to make data-driven decisions that allow Mosaic to achieve its sales and marketing objectives and quickly adapt tactics. They will play a key role in evolving and growing the data-driven discipline within our team and contribute to our shared success.

Essential Functions
  • Build and maintain performance measurement tools using PowerBI, SQL, Python, and Google Cloud.
  • Collect, inspect, cleanse, and transform complex data sets.
  • Manage data systems, survey setup, scheduling, and operational tasks.
  • Analyze weekly results and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Streamline processes for efficiency.
  • Stay informed on data trends and practices.
  • Diagnose issues and develop solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor’s in Economics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, STEM, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
  • 1-3 years relevant experience.
  • Experience with large data sets, software, SQL knowledge, analytical skills.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, project coordination, prioritization.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional attitude.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of Mosaic’s business to identify opportunities.
  • Proven project completion and result achievement.
