The Sr. Operations Coordinator is responsible for the operational support of a client, including responsibility for reporting, data collection, survey setup, and other adhoc requests. The Sr. Operations Coordinator will lead standardized report design, automation, and data administration. They will leverage business and market relevant information to make data-driven decisions that allow Mosaic to achieve its sales and marketing objectives and quickly adapt tactics. They will play a key role in evolving and growing the data-driven discipline within our team and contribute to our shared success.

Responsibilities
  • Work with leaders to build and maintain performance measurement tools (scorecard, reports, KPIs) using PowerBI, SQL, Python, and Google Cloud.
  • Collect, inspect, cleanse, and transform complex data sets.
  • Manage data systems, online survey setup, scheduling, and operational tasks.
  • Analyze weekly program results and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Streamline processes for efficiency.
  • Stay informed on data trends and practices.
  • Diagnose issues and develop solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Economics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, STEM, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
  • 1-3 years relevant experience.
  • Experience with large data sets, software visualization, and intermediate SQL.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional attitude in an office environment.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and visualizations.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and derive insights.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of Mosaic’s business areas for opportunity identification.
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in ambiguous settings.
