We’re looking for a driven Senior Marketing Manager to take our student recruitment, brand development, and awareness efforts to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to lead a small, high-impact team and play a critical role in TKS’s growth journey.

Responsibilities:
  1. Student Recruitment & Outreach: Lead marketing campaigns to attract the world’s most ambitious students, maximizing engagement through digital marketing, partnerships with schools and youth organizations, and referral strategies.
  2. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize marketing analytics, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), and platforms like Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and refine strategies accordingly.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a growing team of 3-5 marketers, overseeing their growth and supporting recruitment for additional talent.
  4. Brand Development & Awareness: Enhance TKS’s already strong brand by crafting compelling narratives, leveraging user-generated content, and expanding our reach.
  5. Content Strategy: Develop, oversee, and optimize content strategies that resonate with students, parents, and partners, maintaining a consistent and inspiring voice.
  6. Email Marketing: Plan and execute effective email marketing campaigns that engage current and potential students and drive conversion.
  7. Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate the marketing budget, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
  8. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with parents, partners, and key stakeholders to advocate for TKS programs.
Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing with proven results.
  2. Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, analytics tools like Google Analytics, budget management, and Excel modeling.
  3. Leadership capabilities with experience working in high-performance teams.
  4. A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Results-driven and gets things done.
