Restaurant Brands International Inc. in Canada is seeking a Senior Real Estate Negotiator to lead transactions for new and replacement restaurant locations.

You will build financial models, evaluate markets in British Columbia and Alberta, and coordinate with Development Analytics, Construction, Legal and Field Operations to execute leases. The role requires 5+ years of negotiation experience, strong relationship skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Bachelor or equivalent degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in negotiating real estate transactions.
• Ability to collaborate with different departments; proficient at building and maintaining relationships.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high number of active projects.
• Excel and financial modeling for diligence and deal negotiation.
• PowerPoint and presentation structuring.
• Valid driver’s license

Base salary range of $125,000 – $145,000 CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. This posting is for a position that will become vacant on or around January, 2027. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration.
