Restaurant Brands International Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead external and internal design and construction efforts for restaurant projects.

This role will oversee consultants, manage costs, and ensure alignment with brand standards across the region. The position requires 5–7 years of third‑party project management or direct general contracting experience, a relevant degree, and strong MS Office/Project skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architectural design or construction management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
• Strong technical and project management skills in construction required.
• Experience managing 100+ projects per year (20–40 new, 75+ remodels).

Responsibilities

Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics.This posting is for a position that will become vacant on or around January, 2027.RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration.
