  • Job Description

    We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Data & Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts in delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for managing key performance metrics, overseeing data projects, and partnering with business leaders to uncover growth opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and automation of business performance reporting and analytics
    • Translate data into insights that inform strategy and operations
    • Mentor a team of analysts, promoting best practices in data analysis
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on KPIs and data priorities
    • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and accessibility

    Qualifications:

    • 7+ years in analytics or data roles at a financial institution, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
    • Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing analytics teams.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills but prefer to use SQL, Python, and Power BI for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.

Salary :

$84,000.00 - $156,000.00

Salaried

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
