Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and automation of business performance reporting and analytics
2. Translate data into insights that inform strategy and operations
3. Mentor a team of analysts, promoting best practices in data analysis
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on KPIs and data priorities
5. Ensure data accuracy, governance, and accessibility

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in analytics or data roles at a financial institution, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing analytics teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization

Salary:

$84,000.00 - $156,000.00
