Job Description: Senior Manager, Data Analytics, Technology & Reporting

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining the data strategy and insights roadmap.
• Advancing automation of reporting and building new reports through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
• Contributing to the success of the Global Regulatory Operations and Internal Controls (GROIC) team by executing projects aligned with business strategies.
• Participating in the design and maintenance of a management information system for tracking performance.

Ideal candidates will:

• Champion customer-focused culture and leverage organizational relationships.
• Develop and maintain data strategies and technology roadmaps.
• Establish reporting requirements and develop dashboards.
• Perform root cause analyses and communicate trends and risks.
• Build relationships with internal partners and improve business processes.
• Integrate automation and technological solutions into operations.

Key skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; 5+ years’ experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, VBA, Tableau, Power BI.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
