What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and perform quality control audits of lease documents and maintain accurate data in technology systems
- Conduct desktop audits of Year-End Common Area Maintenance (CAM), Insurance, and Real Estate Tax reconciliations
- Manage the subtenant process including recording and collecting monthly rent
- Communicate with internal and external partners regarding critical dates and lease policies
- Assist in the creation and updates of process playbooks while training new associates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in auditing or related field
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred in business, finance, real estate, or accounting
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to understand and interpret complex real estate lease terminology
- Expertise in cost analysis and review of financial records

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in real estate or property management
- Familiarity with financial terms and lease agreements
- Previous experience in customer service roles
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
