BeachHead Inc. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead critical banking–focused technology infrastructure initiatives.

You will oversee projects to ensure on-time delivery, within scope, and within budget, focusing on vulnerability and patch management. Responsibilities span planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement across application and infrastructure teams to ensure successful delivery and integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in technology infrastructure projects, preferably banking/financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, PM, business or related field.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, CSM.
• Proven experience leading infrastructure projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager ready to lead critical infrastructure projects?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for aSr. InfrastructureProject Manager-Banking/PMP. In this position, you will oversee and manage technology infrastructure projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is vital in supporting a key initiative focused on vulnerability and patch management, contributing to improved security and operational efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Coordinate project activities, tasks, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations
• Identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Effectively allocate resources and coordinate with resource managers for personnel needs
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and prepare regular financial reports
• Define quality standards and conduct reviews to validate deliverables
• Manage scope changes, schedule adjustments, and requirement updates, ensuring stakeholder approval
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and lessons learned
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application and infrastructure teams, to support project delivery and integration
• Contribute to the growth and maturity of the Technology Operations Project Management Office through knowledge sharing and leadership

Desired Skill-Set

• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing Technology Infrastructure projects, preferably in banking or financial services
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, and CSM
• Proven experience leading infrastructure projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Strong understanding of infrastructure components including data centers, networks, servers, storage, cloud, and cybersecurity
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planview, JIRA
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and translated technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience running Scrum teams in an Agile environment within a predominantly Waterfall ecosystem

Nice to Have

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Additional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL
• Software delivery experience
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies
