Job summary

McMillen, Inc. seeks a Senior Engineer, Geotechnical for Dams and Hydropower. The candidate will lead client relationships, pursue opportunities, and manage multidisciplinary project teams across dam removal and water resources.

Licensed P.Eng with 15+ years of geotechnical experience, strong design tools (AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, GIS), and excellent communication and PM skills. Travel to project sites and flexible office/remote work available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng)
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field, with specific experience in dam removal or water resource management.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale environmental restoration projects.
• Proficiency in environmental modeling software and engineering design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, GIS).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, contractors, and the public.

Senior Engineer, Geotechnical - Dams and Hydropower

McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer, Geotechnical, with a strong technical background to help deliver exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate is a proven Seller-Doer and a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with 15+ years of experience in water resources and extensive experience analyzing and evaluating dam structures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships.
• Identify project opportunities, actively pursue opportunities, and prepare proposals.

Compensation Package:

Pay Range: $165,000 - $250,000 (DOE)
