Job Description - Sr. Functional Lead SAP Service Cloud V2 (077169)

We are looking for a Functional Consultant SAP Service Cloud V2 Consultant to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions for Utilities Customer. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical skills and functional knowledge to effectively support business processes and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Implementation: Develop and implement SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions and Instance as Green Field to meet business requirements.
• Define and modify Utilities Business Process in Retain and Distribution business areas.
• Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure SAP Service Cloud V2 applications, including workflows, Reports, business rules, Extensions, Integrations, KUT fields, and custom objects.
• Integration: Define and help implementing integration and data flow to Integrate SAP Service Cloud V2 with other systems and third-party applications.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Service Cloud V2 applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Security: Ensure the security and compliance of SAP Service Cloud V2 applications.

MUST Have: Strong proficiency in SAP Service Cloud V2, SAP C4C, SAP C/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Utilities Industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 7-10 Years of Hands-on experience as an SAP Service Cloud V2 and/or very strong green field implementation experience of prior version of C4C.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP Service Cloud V2, SAP C4C, SAP C/4HANA.
• Functional Knowledge: Understanding of customer service processes of Utilities company and best practices.
• Certifications: SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Service Cloud V2 are preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud).
• Knowledge of integration tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
