Job Title: Technical SAP Service Cloud V2 Consultant
Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical SAP Service Cloud V2 Consultant to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions for Utilities Customer. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical skills and functional knowledge to effectively support business processes and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
MUST Have: Strong proficiency in SAP Service Cloud V2, SAP C4C, SAP C/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5-7 Years of Hands-on experience as an SAP Service Cloud V2 and/or very strong green field implementation experience of prior version of C4C.
Technical Skills:
Functional Knowledge: Understanding of customer service processes of Utilities company and best practices.
Certifications: SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Service Cloud V2 are preferred.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
