Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Ontario is seeking a Senior Field Service Supervisor to lead the field service team within Industrial Automation's Smart Energy business. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Orillia location but will report to work sites throughout Ontario.

In this role, you will impact the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of our customers' energy operations by ensuring top-quality service and support from the field service team.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service supervision or management including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring tools, preferably with large sized teams
• Minimum of 3 years managing a unionized team
• Valid G drivers license

• Post secondary diploma or degree in related field.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and work order management systems
• Strong technical knowledge of smart energy systems technologies including installing hydro meters.
• Experience in smart energy solutions and customer-focused service delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

The annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 in Orillia, Ontario. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
