As a Lead Field Service Technician at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage our Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
You will report directly to our Sr. Field Service Supervisor and will work on customer sites based out of our Markham, Ontario office.
In this role you will impact the success of our field service operations, customer satisfaction, and the growth of the organization. You will work with critical building management, HVAC, and security systems, with the opportunity to work on a range of commercial and government buildings, health care facilities. You will help our customers use technology to improve productivity and increase the value of services provided to our many different customers.
The primary focus is to provide continuing service support for Honeywell’s Commercial Controls Building Automation HVAC systems.
The annual base salary range for this position is $78,000 to $95,000 in Markham, Ontario. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
