This is an interview position.
To operate company vehicles and provide efficient delivery and pickup of packages while performing in a floating capacity for a minimum of 15 routes. The role involves working as a courier without an assigned regular route.
To model leadership by becoming a mentor and demonstrating role model behavior, including strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills through Best Practices methods.
Promotes continued sales and generates potential incremental revenue where possible.
Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Related Experience Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of previous courier experience.
Time required to learn or adjust to the job: 6 months.
Special Notes
Incumbents do not have regularly assigned routes and provide coverage for open routes in the absence of the normally assigned courier.
The DG specialist requirement depends on station size and location, with senior management holding the right to override these requirements.
