This is an interview position.
Responsibilities include providing courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route, checking all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service, and providing related customer service functions.

This general job description outlines typical duties and expectations. Employees are expected to perform all assigned duties, meet minimum testing and training thresholds, operate in a PC Windows environment, and complete recurrent training and certifications. Bilingual ability (French and English) is required for Quebec residents. Candidates with driving responsibilities must have a valid driver’s license (Class 5, G, or 1[AZ]) and a clean driving record for the past 24 months. Selection will consider driving record, interview performance, and driver assessments.
