Job Position: Delivery Driver & Customer Service

This is an interview position.

Responsibilities include providing courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route, checking all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service, and performing related customer service functions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High school diploma or educational equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
• Good interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a high-pressure environment
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including holidays

Preferred Experience and Knowledge

• One (1) year of customer-oriented business experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations (asset)

Additional Requirements

• Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
• Willingness to work different schedules based on business needs

Qualifications

Delivery Driver & Customer Service experience preferred. One position available.

Pay and Schedule

• Guaranteed minimum of 35 hours per week
• Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, starting around 8 AM
• Wage: $24.46/hr

Additional Notes

This job requires performing all other duties as assigned, operating in a PC Windows environment, and completing all required training and certifications. Bilingual (French and English) ability is required for residents of Quebec. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license (Class 5, G, or AZ) with two or fewer violations or accidents in the past 24 months, and will be assessed through various evaluations.
