FedEx Group is seeking a Courier to operate vehicles and provide efficient delivery and pickup of packages. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of courier experience. Bilingualism in French and English is required in Quebec. The position involves working varying shifts without regularly assigned routes.
This is an interview position.
To operate company vehicles and provide efficient delivery and pickup of packages while performing in a floating capacity for a minimum of 15 routes. To work as a courier but not on an assigned regular route.
To model the way for hourly employees by becoming a mentor and demonstrating role model behaviour including strong communication, conflict resolution and leadership ability (through Best Practices methods).
Promotes continued sales and generates potential incremental revenue wherever possible.
Educational Requirements: High school diploma/equivalent
Related Experience Requirements: Minimum of one (1) year of previous courier experience
Amount of time required to learn or adjust to the job: Six (6) months
Special Notes: Incumbents do not have regularly assigned routes; they provide coverage for open routes in the absence of the normally assigned courier. The requirement of DG specialist depends on station size and location, with senior management having the right to override these requirements.
Preferred Qualifications: Shift: Monday to Friday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Posting date: 05/14/2025; posting end date: 05/22/2025 at 2PM local time.
