This is an interview position.

General Summary

To ensure the timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, review orders prior to delivery, load/unload vehicles, and provide exceptional customer service to our client base.

Flexible shift opportunities are available, with minimum and maximum hours and days of work determined based on business requirements.

Post Secondary Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.

Professional Accreditation/Certification:

• Valid driver’s license or provincial graduated license.

Related Experience Requirements:

• None required; one year of customer-oriented business experience is preferred.

Time to learn or adjust to the job is approximately 3 months.

Other Specific Mandatory Experience:

• In Quebec, bilingual (French and English) is required.

Technical Skill Requirements:

• Must achieve the minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training.
• Ability to successfully complete all basic and re-currency training.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.

Interpersonal Skill Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment.

Grade: 80

Additional Qualifications:

• Shift: Monday to Friday, with flexible days; at least 4 days a month.
• Must have a full valid Class 5 license.
