Job summary

Softchoice seeks a Microsoft Frontier Technical Skilling Advisor to lead programs, governance, communications, and reporting, ensuring readiness to sell and deliver Microsoft solutions across sales, solution architecture, and delivery teams.

You will coordinate training and certification, monitor progress against partner requirements, publish weekly updates, and maintain the vendor portal. This role emphasizes data-driven updates for leaders and ongoing frontier readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in enablement, learning, certification, partner, or technical-readiness programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with internal teams and external partners, preferably in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Microsoft partner programs, Partner Center, Microsoft Learn, certifications, badges, designations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, Loop, and Microsoft 365 tools for content, communication, and collaboration.
• Experience maintaining SharePoint sites or portals, including content, updates, governance, accuracy, and accessibility.
• Strong program management, reporting, documentation, governance, and risk-management skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

As Microsoft Frontier Technical Skilling Advisor, you will lead the programs, governance, communications, and reporting that keep Softchoice and WWT teams ready to sell and deliver Microsoft solutions. You will coordinate training and certification activities across sales, solution architecture, and delivery teams; monitor progress against Microsoft partner requirements; and provide leaders with clear, actionable reporting.

You will collaborate with Microsoft, internal leaders, Learning & Development, and technical stakeholders to strengthen readiness, increase engagement, and support Softchoice’s Frontier Partner priorities.

• Manage Microsoft enablement reporting and documentation for sales, solution architects, and delivery engineers.


• Coordinate training and certification plans with employees, managers, Learning & Development, and technical stakeholders.


• Track Frontier badges, certifications, MAICPP compliance, designation status, partner readiness, and other strategic Microsoft requirements.


• Publish weekly leaderboards and manager updates that communicate participation, progress, risks, and gaps.


• Maintain ongoing communications with Softchoice, WWT, and Microsoft leaders, adapting enablement plans based on feedback and changing priorities.


• Facilitate training sessions and workshops that increase adoption, engagement, and solution readiness.


• Provide employees with timely access to Microsoft learning resources, certification opportunities, and product updates.


• Maintain the Microsoft Vendor Portal and Loop page, reviewing content for accuracy, currency, and alignment with Softchoice brand standards.


• Support enablement governance, communications planning, and alignment with the Microsoft Practice.


• Maintain audit-ready proof of execution, including training calendars, session recordings, workshop decks, and attendee lists.

What You Will Bring

• Three or more years of experience in enablement, learning, certification, partner, or technical-readiness programs.


• Experience managing cross-functional programs with internal teams and external partners, preferably in the Microsoft ecosystem.


• Knowledge of Microsoft partner programs, Partner Center, Microsoft Learn, certifications, badges, designations, specializations, and compliance requirements.


• Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, Loop, and Microsoft 365 tools for content, communication, and collaboration.


• Experience maintaining SharePoint sites or portals, including content, updates, governance, accuracy, and accessibility.


• Knowledge of Microsoft cloud, AI, security, and business applications solutions and related learning paths.


• Strong program management, reporting, documentation, governance, and risk-management skills.


• Experience tracking participation, certifications, badges, compliance, and proof of execution.


• Ability to turn data into clear, actionable updates for employees and leaders.

Approx Base Range : 81,600 102,000 + 10% bonus
