Job summary

Softchoice is seeking a senior professional services expert in identity management and workplace security in Canada. You will act as the technical authority, leading engagements that include upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security enhancements, administration, policy development, and user training.

You will collaborate with Microsoft on MS Teams deployments and ensure SLAs are met. You will mentor Consultants, Engineers, and Technicians, pursue Microsoft security

Qualifications

  • Updated certifications and training, including Microsoft Certified Security Operations Analyst Associate and Security Administrator Associate.

  • You will work closely with co‑workers, end‑users, and vendor representatives on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of MS Teams, in accordance with contract SLAs.
  • You will mentor and develop Consultants, Engineers, and Technicians on the team and provide guidance on technical and soft skills.
  • You will function as a technical expert with strong customer interaction skills, and advise on, implement, and manage complex solution and service deployments for clients.
  • You will have a hunger for learning and pursue relevant Microsoft Endpoint Security and Identity Management certifications and training.
  • You will serve as a technical authority and subject matter expert for Softchoice, supporting other teams at trade shows, events, and speaking engagements that require your expertise.
  • You will be a role model for personal growth, customer passion, caring for others, and owning the end result.
  • You will enjoy a highly visible customer‑facing role and collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to write detailed Statements of Work.
  • You will stay on top of new trends and technology updates and continually fine‑tune your delivery, adoption, and problem‑solving skills.

Compensation

The estimated base pay range for this position in Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver is $120,800 to $151,000, plus 14% incentives. Salary will be based on location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification.
