My Empower Therapy is a leading multidisciplinary clinic in Surrey, BC, dedicated to early intervention and neurodiverse affirming care for children and families. We are looking for a passionate, collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team.

• Competitive salary: $75, 000–$94,000 annually (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Your Responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and/or feeding disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and professionals
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team (OT, BCBA, psychologist, etc.)
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Host parent training, workshops
• Engage in professional development and contribute to team initiatives
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Registered or immediate eligibility for registration with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC (CSHBC)
• Passion for working with children and families in a diverse, inclusive setting with a Minimum of 2 years experience
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical problem-solving skills
Assets (Not Required):
• Experience with early intervention, AAC, feeding therapy, or autism
• Multilingual abilities
• Familiarity with family-centred care and trauma-informed practices
