Caseload

We are recruiting a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to supervise Communication Disorders Assistants (CDAs) in the Central Toronto region. Assessments are virtual; therapy sessions are in person at schools, with supervision conducted online. Flexibility in scheduling and comprehensive online resources are provided.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing virtual pediatric assessments focused on articulation, phonology, motor speech, fluency, and voice
• Developing SMART goals based on evidence-based assessments
• Supervising CDAs using best practice guidelines
• Supporting children and families through active engagement and collaboration
• Evaluating intervention effectiveness and progress

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Registration with CASLPO in good standing
• Strong assessment and intervention skills
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Experience with speech sound disorders, fluency, voice, and developmental language
• Willingness to utilize telepractice tools
• Effective communication, organization, and creative therapy skills
• Proof of liability insurance and a Police Vulnerable Sector Check
