En tant que spécialiste marketing pour le Québec chez Best Buy, vous serez la force motrice de notre transition à investir davantage et différemment au Québec. Vous serez responsable d’adapter notre marque, notre message et nos tactiques marketing pour que notre public québécois les adore. Vous créerez du contenu original et percutant en français et développerez des campagnes dont le ton est en phase avec la culture distincte du Québec, le comportement des consommateurs, le paysage médiatique et les tendances sur les médias sociaux. Vous gérerez également et mettrez en œuvre les événements locaux de la marque sur le territoire québécois.

Votre mission, si vous l’acceptez:

• Adapter et localiser les campagnes marketing nord-américaines au marché québécois francophone, donner un ton authentique à la marque en français tout en préservant son intégrité.
• Développer en français du contenu publicitaire et promotionnel vidéo, numérique et pour les médias sociaux engageant et culturellement pertinent et original.
• Gérer et faire croître les comptes de réseaux sociaux francophones. Tirer parti de l’écosystème médiatique unique du Québec pour amplifier la présence et la notoriété de la marque, en sélectionnant les bonnes plateformes et partenariats.
• Planifier, organiser et mettre en œuvre les événements marketing au Québec, en tant que gestionnaire de projet.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes de création, de contenu et de marketing de la marque, ainsi qu’avec les agences et autres partenaires internes ou externes, afin d’assurer une exécution fluide et efficace.
  
  

Ce que l’on recherche:

• Français et anglais courants (excellentes aptitudes rédactionnelles en français requises).
• Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans un environnement marketing.
• Capacité éprouvée à créer un contenu engageant et original adapté à la culture québécoise.
• Sens de l’initiative, capacité à gérer des projets de manière proactive et à travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement entièrement à distance.
• Connaissance du monde des réseaux sociaux et du marketing d’influence.
• Orienté(e) vers les résultats, sens de l’organisation et aptitudes en planification.

Quebec Marketing Specialist

Are you passionate about marketing, creativity & innovation?

As a Quebec marketing specialist at Best Buy, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s shift to invest more and differently in Quebec. You will adapt our brand, messaging, and marketing to appeal to Quebec audiences. You will craft compelling, original french copy and develop campaign tones that align with Quebec’s distinct culture, consumer behavior, media landscape and social media trends. You will also manage and implement the local activations and events of the brand on the Quebec territory.

This role requires a candidate that is comfortable working in full autonomy in a 100% remote environment.

What you’ll do:

• Localize and tailor english north american marketing campaigns to fit the Quebec market, give an authentic tone for the brand in French while maintaining brand integrity and voice.
• Develop engaging, culturally relevant french-language content for video and digital advertising, social media and promotional materials.
• Manage and grow french social media accounts. Leverage Quebec’s unique media ecosystem to amplify brand presence and demand, selecting the right platforms and partnerships.
• Plan and implement the Quebec-based marketing activations.
• Work in close partnership with the internal creative, content and brand marketing teams, agencies and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  
  

What we need:

• Fluency in French & English (strong French writing skills required).

• Experience taking ownership of projects, proactively identifying local opportunities.
