The Role
We are looking for a creative and collaborative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work on initiatives that build our brand and support lead generation—from content development to campaign strategy to performance tracking. You’ll help shape how we communicate Givecloud’s impact, attract new audiences, and support nonprofit growth. What You’ll Do
- Plan, write, and repurpose content across a variety of channels (web, email, social, blog) that’s on-brand and focused on performance.
- Collaborate on paid media campaigns and analyze results to guide optimizations. You’ll work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to drive qualified leads.
- Craft lead magnets and top-of-funnel content (landing pages, checklists, resources) to attract nonprofit audiences.
- Develop nurture email sequences that support lead conversion, onboarding and retention.
- Use HubSpot to manage lists, set up automations, build landing pages, and track campaign performance.
- Track and report on content and campaign performance, sharing insights to guide continuous improvement.
- Support integrated campaigns and product launches, from messaging to cross-functional coordination and project management.
- Contribute to SEO by optimizing content and identifying keyword opportunities.
- Coordinate with designers and third-party partners to deliver impactful, on-brand creative assets.
- Contribute to a consistent brand voice across all channels and content.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, lead generation, and paid media strategy
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar platform (list management, automations, analytics) considered an asset.
- An eye for design and visual storytelling
- You’re organized, curious, and data-minded—you like to know what’s working and aren’t afraid to suggest a new idea or pivot when needed.
- Having experience in the SaaS industry, or working with nonprofits, is considered an asset!
