Regional Sales Manager – Industrial Data Communication & Automation

Manufacturers Automation Inc. (ManuAuto) is a leading Canadian value-added distributor of industrial communication, networking, and automation solutions. Headquartered in Ontario, we represent world-class brands including Moxa—our key partner—serving industries across Canada from coast to coast.

Job Overview

We are looking to strengthen our presence in Quebec, one of Canada’s most important markets, by hiring a Regional Sales Representative with deep knowledge of the industrial automation and networking domain. The ideal candidate is based in Quebec (preferably Montreal), is fluent in French and English, and has a proven track record in B2B sales of industrial automation products.

This role is remote, with the flexibility to work from a virtual office setup and travel within the province for client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales in Quebec by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities
  • Support and expand relationships with system integrators, OEMs, end-users, and channel partners
  • Promote and sell Moxa’s full range of products, as well as other ManuAuto solutions
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and customer visits when needed
  • Collaborate with our technical and inside sales team in Ontario to deliver products and solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in industrial automation, industrial networking, or data communication
  • Strong network in Quebec’s industrial sectors (manufacturing, utilities, Oil & Gas, mining, transportation, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English
  • Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory
  • Knowledge of key brands like Moxa, Westermo, Ruggedcom, Advantech, Siemens, Phoenix Contact, Rockwell, etc. is a plus
