Job summary

Intact FC is seeking a data-driven professional to shape how AI and automation are used in enterprise risk management. You will design and deploy AI assistants, autonomous workflows, and practical automation to support risk, financial, operational, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in data science, AI, computer science, software engineering, or related field is required.
• Proven design and deployment of AI or automation solutions in a business context is required.
• Strong programming capability with data integration and enterprise platforms is required.
• Solid knowledge of large language models, AI assistants, workflows, and enterprise APIs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the risk management portfolio and identify high‑value AI/automation opportunities.
• Develop a shared roadmap balancing business priorities, feasibility, and controls.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain AI assistants and autonomous workflows.
• Ensure reliability, traceability, and governance; collaborate across technology, security, privacy, and risk teams.
