AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Director of Artificial Intelligence in Finance to translate AI potential into measurable improvements in how Finance operates and how the business decides. This hands‑on leadership role requires building prototypes, driving adoption, and delivering measurable value across FP&A, Controllership and Project Finance.

You will lead a small, global team, shape strategy and governance, and partner with Digital, IT, and risk to ensure compliant deployment of AI–enabled

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a value-first AI strategy and roadmap for Global Finance.
• Own a disciplined portfolio of use cases with clear sponsors and milestones.
• Build, test and demonstrate finance AI agents and workflows, prioritizing production‑readiness.
• Establish governance to align enterprise AI policy with Finance operating models.
• Lead a lean, high‑impact Finance AI team and collaborate with Digital, IT and risk partners.
