Job Description
- Conduct full cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the country, in all of the Sleep Country brands (Sleep Country, Dormez-vous, Endy, Hush, Silk & Snow, and Casper Canada), including high-volume Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, as well as Corporate roles.
- Partner with Business Leaders and Human Resources Business Partners to develop effective recruitment strategies to fill vacant positions promptly.
- Post positions across various regions using our Applicant Tracking System (Oracle Fusion Cloud) and other job boards to build a diverse candidate pool.
- Source, review, and interview candidates via video, provide feedback, coordinate interviews, process assessments and background checks, prepare and extend offers, and manage pre-boarding processes.
- Keep our ATS updated regularly to reflect current recruitment activities.
- Engage with candidates throughout the process to maintain interest and communication.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines, exploring new sourcing strategies to enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Develop strong relationships with Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders through regular updates and communication.
- Conduct New Hire Onboarding Review discussions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Enrolled in or completed a post-secondary program in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 2 years of full cycle recruitment experience in a corporate, retail, or distribution environment is preferred.
- Fully bilingual in English and French with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external candidates.
- Experience with ATS systems is an asset.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
