As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume, full-cycle recruitment process, in support of the hiring efforts of Retail Business Units. In this role, you will partner with Business leaders to understand their talent requirements, develop proactive talent attraction strategies, and execute search assignments using industry-leading, modernized approaches that engage strong talent in the market.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Talent Attraction: Identify and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent at all levels. Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines, leveraging social media, networking events, and employee referral programs to ensure a diverse and steady flow of qualified candidates.
  2. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage a high volume of applications and candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering and job posting to screening, assessment, and offer negotiation.
  3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates, and talent prospects. Understand recruitment needs, optimize sourcing strategies, and proactively communicate with hiring managers about recruitment progress.
  4. Offers of Employment: Facilitate the job offer process, including negotiations and collaboration with Talent Coordinators on back-end processes.
  5. Tracking: Use Workday and Paradox to accurately track recruitment data, monitor key metrics, and analyze trends for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience managing high-volume workloads and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Fluency in English and French, with strong verbal and written skills. Effective negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Education: Post-secondary education in HR or a related field.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including passive candidate identification and direct sourcing.
  • Portfolio Management: Experience managing a high-volume retail portfolio with 40+ requisitions simultaneously.
  • Candidate Pipelining: Proactive candidate generation using diverse methods beyond traditional postings.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in tracking recruitment efforts in real time.
  • ATS: Exposure to ATS systems, with Workday preferred.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrates discretion, respect, and business insight; adaptable to diverse personalities and work styles.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Capable of managing changing priorities, multitasking, and maintaining composure under pressure.
