We are currently seeking a Product Specialist, Residential Lending Solutions, who would like to join a company that has created a unique working atmosphere that offers challenge, purpose and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in a team-oriented environment.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Manage and maintain the day to day processes of existing programs including managing requests and providing guidance and/or direction to the sales team.
  • Develop, maintain and analyze reports to support key business activities.
  • Assist in scanning the marketplace and our competition to stay current on market trends and identify opportunities that may come available.
  • Learn and obtain an in depth knowledge of all products, services and processes related to the Residential Lending Solutions division.
  • Project management with cross-functional teams to ensure key milestones are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Participate in the design, development, enhancement and delivery of products and services from concept through to post implementation to meet the needs of the customer.
  • Assist in obtaining customer feedback to be used to make appropriate product enhancements.
  • Respond to and track customer issues in a timely fashion to ensure a remarkable customer experience.
  • Effectively communicate, and liaise with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and customers to ensure a positive customer experience and to deliver on our service level agreements.
  • Ensure all materials are consistent and accurate with respect to the product offering and update materials as changes occur. Ensure all upcoming changes are communicated to both internal and external stakeholders by partnering with our Marketing Specialists.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 2-5 years' experience working in real estate, financial services or insurance
  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma required.
  • Customer service centric with both internal and external customers
  • Able to think differently, provide solutions and problem solve
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team
  • Advanced project management and analytical skills
  • Able to learn quickly and be both proactive and able to take initiative
  • Excellent communication (both oral and written) with all levels of the organization
