  • Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination of all aspects of the project.
  • Manage work-back schedules and timelines across Creative, Visual Merchandising, Store Teams, and Vendors to ensure timely execution.
  • Facilitate approvals, ensuring all elements of the pop-up or visual experience align with brand standards and objectives.
  • Track and maintain project budgets, working with vendors to optimize costs while maximizing impact.

  • Gather and analyze insights on the performance of pop-ups and visual moments, including sales impact, customer engagement, and operational feedback.
  • Partner with internal teams to conduct post-mortem reviews and recommend improvements for future activations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project details, approvals, and financials for tracking and reporting.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and align stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, to internal teams and external vendors.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making when navigating moderately complex situations.
