Job Description

Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring a Digital Product Specialist for one of its clients. If you have 5-7 years of experience in digital customer service, including product development and customer relationship management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

  1. Support the development and launch of new products and improve existing products.
  2. Build and maintain customer relationships and resolve customer issues.
  3. Collaborate with product teams, development teams, and the product manager; provide performance reports as required.
  4. Maintain awareness and understanding of the organization’s public profile and materials related to digital products.
  5. Monitor trends and progress to make recommendations for future enhancements.
  6. Support stakeholder engagement by building and maintaining relationships with local service providers.
  7. Work towards meeting service level targets with service providers and consumers.
  8. Handle initial responses to issues/tickets from end users.

Necessary Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital customer service.
  • Experience with social media and software support, including training and marketing of SaaS products.
  • Experience supporting the development/launch of digital products, building customer relationships, collaborating with development teams, and integrating services into the digital suite.
  • Experience in sales or marketing within the digital field is preferred.
  • Experience working with diverse staff and consumers is preferred.
  • Ability to manage, build, and maintain partner relationships.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to analyze complex issues from multiple perspectives.
  • Proficiency with social media channels and cloud-based software services for support.
  • Good project management and presentation skills.
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Business, Social Services, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
