We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Specialist, Human Resources and Systems to join our dynamic team. The incumbent will support the research, data collection and set up of different workflows for various HR and Total Rewards related projects. The Specialist will assist with the daily coordination of project execution as well as implementation activities. This role will focus on the enhancement and optimization of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Payroll system using Dayforce. As the Specialist, you will be accountable for analysis, configuration, validation, issue resolution and training of various Dayforce features.
The Specialist will help design, develop, build, configure and maintain system configurations based on business requirements. The Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate system documentation, including process workflows, system configurations and standard operating procedures. Working closely with various stakeholders, the Specialist will lead and facilitate the rollout of new modules and upgrades in Dayforce, as well as prepare post go‐live processes and manage enhancements to ensure smooth transitions and operations. This role will be key in utilizing and producing Dayforce reporting tools, staying current on features and updates, and auditing the data integrity of the system.
