The Opportunity

The RFM and CRM coordinator will be responsible for deploying all menu key programming for restaurant POS systems across Canada and campaigns within the Digital CRM Program. You will contribute to a fast-paced, high-priority team within the Canada Technology function to support innovative and business-as-usual activities. You will partner with key cross-functional team members from Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Insights, Technology, and agency teams to ensure the right campaigns are deployed on the right platforms.

The position is located in the Toronto office, working in the Technology team (flexible if the person is in another province).

Duties
  1. Implement marketing campaigns using tools managed by the Restaurant Technology Operations team (CRM tools and RFM).
  2. Manage POS processes from menu item creation to product launch, including developing POS key standards, manager’s guides, and menu item numbers.
  3. Communicate issues with stakeholders and provide status updates as needed.
  4. Act as third-level support for menu item, description, tax, or image setup issues across platforms.
  5. Schedule and deploy digital campaigns such as segmentation, offers, bonus campaigns, and lifecycle journeys using McDonald’s campaign management platforms.
  6. Update the Canada McDonald’s website with new product releases to ensure compliance with Canadian nutritional regulations.
  7. Handle routine activities and administrative tasks for CRM and RFM operations, including mailbox management, compliance, image creation, and file processing.
  8. Receive briefs from Digital Program or Marketing teams for campaign execution.
  9. Learn new platform functionalities and update operational procedures accordingly.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education preferred, or experience in restaurant menu item maintenance (RFM).
  • Strong PC skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and quick learner of new technology.
  • Knowledge of database functionality and forms is advantageous.
  • Logical and analytical problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Bilingual in English and French preferred.
  • Experience in high-paced retail or quick-service restaurant industry is a plus.
