Job summary

Zeekr International is seeking a seasoned Spare Parts Manager for its Canada operations. The role focuses on setting and achieving annual spare parts sales targets, developing local oil and accessory suppliers, and establishing efficient order and warehouse processes to support new vehicle launches and ongoing profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of after-sales experience in an automotive company.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in spare parts and service.
• English can be used as working language.

Responsibilities

• Set up annual spare parts sales target and lead the team to achieve it.
• Develop local supplier for oil and accessories to enhance sales and profit.
• Set up spare part order process and internal working process.
• Set up spare parts marketing strategy and pricing strategy to enhance the margin.
• Responsible for the new vehicle launch spare parts initial order.
• Spare parts and accessories stock management, and ensure spare part warehouse supplier operation (KPI follow up, payments, etc.).
• Spare parts BO analysis and follow up to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Spare parts marketing activity planning and implement.
