Job summary

ABB Robotics Canada is seeking a Spare Parts Specialist to support service sales and coordinate the full customer supply process, from enquiry to on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment, with strong planning and coordination skills and experience in spare parts management within automation or robotics contexts. The role offers a Hybrid work model and opportunities within a global leader.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in spare parts sales, administration and planning.
• Experience supporting industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing, engineering, or technical service sales environments.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Level in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/service management systems and SAP; Salesforce experience is considered an asset.
• English verbal and written communication strong; bilingualism (English/French) an asset.

Responsibilities

• Supports the end-to-end spare parts process from project specification to product/system/service launch.
• Manages spare parts evolution with respect to Life Cycle Management shifts.
• Assists in resolving customer spare parts issues.
• Prepares price lists for review and delivers customer quotations.
• Contributes to develop and maintain spare parts back-end cost repositories and front-end e-commerce tools.
• Proposes new spare parts, kits, and packages or enhancements of existing ones to meet customer needs.
• Prepares various analyses by market and by product.
• Contributes to marketing tools to support the business and sales organizations.
