Job summary

Survalent is seeking recent graduates to launch a career in sales for a fast-growing technology company specializing in smart grid solutions. The role focuses on outbound and inbound outreach, building a robust pipeline, and coordinating activity across a defined territory.

You will craft targeted sequences, qualify opportunities through discovery calls, and collaborate with the Account Development team to drive opportunities for Regional Managers.

Qualifications

• University degree with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• 1-4 years in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales.
• Strong passion for sales and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Research and cultivate new business connections via warm and cold outreach including LinkedIn, Email and Phone.
• Manage a defined territory/patch and develop account-level outreach strategies for target accounts within it.
• Build and execute multi-touch sequences tailored to prospect personas and buying triggers.
• Set introductory meetings and generate qualified leads.
• Conduct discovery calls to qualify fit and generate pipeline.
• Update Salesforce with details of all communications with customers.
• Attend industry-specific conferences and follow up on inbound leads.
