Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in logistics/transportation/supply chain.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Intl Transportation & Customs, or related field.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments from suppliers to customers ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare and proof export documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs forms).
• Monitor shipments and provide daily updates on locations and conditions.
• Review supplier and freight invoices and enter into the system accurately.
• Negotiate rates and manage carrier relationships; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support internal teams with logistics inquiries and resolve issues.
