Fairmont Banff Springs in Banff, Alberta, Canada, invites you to join a team of hospitality professionals delivering luxurious spa experiences. As a Spa Therapist you will provide personalized attention, maintain the highest standards of service and care for guests seeking rejuvenation.

You will perform 30–120 minute massages and body treatments, keep treatment rooms pristine, and maintain licenses and safety training. Compensation can reflect $70+ per hour during massage services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a spa is preferred.
• Certificate from an accredited school of Body Work.
• Experience with facials, nail services, massage and body treatments.

Responsibilities

Compensation can reflect $70+ per hour while massage services are being performed.

Job Duties Include:
Reporting to the Spa Treatment Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Perform all 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 minute massage and body treatments, as certified/trained to do.
• Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to needs and expectations.
• Maintain clean and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment in safe working order.
• Maintain an ample supply of massage oils, towels, sheets, and other necessary supplies in a neat and orderly fashion within the massage work area
• Maintain current professional licenses, CPR, First Aid.
• Participate in in-house training opportunities in our professional product lines and extend homecare including retail suggestions to our clientele

Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Spa preferred
• Certificate from accredited school of Body Work
• Proven experience with facials, nail services, massage, and body treatments.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Constant standing/walking throughout shift and must be able to lift and carry 20+ lbs
