Job summary

Banff Caribou Properties in Banff is seeking passionate Massage Therapists to join our busy spa teams, delivering restorative and luxury treatments to guests from around the world. You’ll play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences in one of our serene hotel spas.

In these roles you’ll perform a variety of massages, tailor treatments to individual needs, and contribute to a high standard of guest service.

Qualifications

• Completion of a massage therapy program.
• Ability to perform multiple massage treatments (e.g., Swedish, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, lymphatic drainage).
• Passion for wellness and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

We’re looking for passionate Massage Therapists to join our busy spa teams, where your skills help guests relax, recharge, and make the most of their time in Banff. You’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional treatments and creating memorable guest experiences.

Working in one of our serene hotel spas, you'll provide restorative and luxury treatments to visitors from around the world who are looking to unwind after exploring the mountains. Our spas offer a wide range of massage therapies and wellness experiences, giving you the opportunity to deliver personalized treatments that leave a lasting impression.

Our spas are busy year-round, providing the opportunity to build a full treatment schedule. Massage Therapists earn competitive commission on treatments, offering excellent earning potential.

What We're Looking For

• Completion of a massage therapy program
• A genuine passion for wellness and delivering outstanding guest experiences
• The ability to perform a variety of massage treatments, including Swedish, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, and other specialty therapies
• The ability to tailor treatments to meet each guest's individual needs
• A friendly, professional approach and the ability to build genuine connections with guests
