Job summary

Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain is seeking energetic Guest Service Agents to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will warmly greet guests, maintain a tranquil spa environment, assist with reservations, and handle check-ins and daily transactions.

Role emphasizes guest connection, wait-list management, and serving at the on-site bistro, with a friendly team and spa perks included.

Qualifications

Smart Serve certification is required or willing to obtain.
Customer service experience is expected.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional and positive attitude in a guest-facing role.
Ability to interact with the public and create connections.
Self-motivated team player with time-management skills.
Proficient with basic computer tasks.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light loads.
Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Able to work 24 hours per week year-round.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome.
Foster a relaxing and tranquil environment for guests.
Assist with guest reservations, modifications and cancellations on the phone and/or in person.
Be responsible for check-ins and daily transactions.
Engage guests; make a connection and anticipate guest's needs.
Manage wait list and cancellations.
Serve prepared food and beverages at the bistro.
